Xenyth Cloud has been one of the best cloud providers I have ever used.

Unlike huge clouds like GCP and AWS, they actually care about you as a customer. Aside from an amazing ticket system (I got a response to a ticket about BGP within an hour), pricing is affordable (and fixed; no paying unexpected fees! *ahem* AWS *ahem*) and my VM feels snappy and quick, even under full load. I'd definitely recommend Xenyth Cloud for personal and business use.
